Each Patti Grace Smith Fellow earns a summer internship at a leading aerospace company or institution. The work is challenging and important, designed both to contribute to the success of the company’s mission and to help each Fellow grow as a person and an aerospace leader. And each job pays a living wage.

Each year, we curate our class to offer a mix of different experiences to our Fellows. With a mix of big companies and small, private companies and non-profits, space and aviation companies, and more, there’s a good match to every Fellow’s skills and interest.
