Mezie Nwizugbo is a sophomore studying aerospace engineering at the University of Southern California. Mezie found his love of engineering after being surrounded by aviation in his hometown of Seattle, Washington, where he competed in various project teams like the Solar Car Challenge and FIRST Robotics. In the industry, Mezie is most passionate about merging technical fields with operational ones.
Outside of the classroom, Mezie is an active member of the USC Rocket Propulsion Laboratory, where he works with the team to design, manufacture, test, and fire high-performance rockets. He also serves as the President of USC’s chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In his free time, Mezie loves to cook.
