McKenna McMurray

McKenna McMurray attends Harvey Mudd College and is majoring in Engineering (General). She holds several leadership positions on campus, such as Class President on the Harvey Mudd College Senate Board, President of the Harvey Mudd College chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers, and a member of the Society of Women Engineers.
McKenna has industry experience as a Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin Space where she works in Internal Research and Development, and has worked on projects within Lockheed Martin's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Center. Looking towards the future, she will begin assisting in research regarding hypersonics with the MIT Hypersonics Research Lab focusing on computational methods. She holds machinist and hands-on design experience as a HMC Shop Proctor and as a HMC Makerspace Steward.
McKenna's main passion lies in developing solutions for systems with capabilities that center on furthering space exploration.

McKenna enjoys adventures and exploring new places through running, climbing, and especially SCUBA diving!
