Amazed by the vast space above, Armand is inspired to reach the stars. She is a freshmen engineering student at Purdue University with the goal to attain a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering with an interest in Propulsion Systems. Armand is a current member of the National Society of Black Engineers. She is also a member of the Purdue Pilots Inc. student organization currently in the process of learning to fly. Armand is ready to take on the challenges ahead whether it is below or above Earth's atmosphere as well as learn and build in the growing aerospace industry.
